Shoulder Bolts / Reamer Bolts (Strength Class (Stainless Steel): A2-50)

MISUMI has a variety of configurable fitting shoulder bolts for sale. Made in steel and stainless steel, our shoulder bolts come in strength classes 8.8, 10.9, A2-50 (similar to DIN 923, DIN 7968 ISO 7379). Thread diameters range from M2.5 to M30 and shaft lengths from 2 to 180 mm. Shoulder bolts can be configured with hexagon socket, slotted, Phillips, or hexagon (external hex). The available surface treatments (burnished, nickel-plated, passivated) make the shoulder bolts resistant to a variety of environmental influences.
Shoulder bolts are construction elements intended for connecting and guiding parts to be joined. MISUMI has shoulder bolts with flat heads in various drive shapes, such as knurling bolts, and hex head and socket shoulder bolts. The tight tolerance shaft of the shoulder bolt can also be used for short strokes as a type of guide column. This is often used in die cutting. The precisely manufactured shaft of the shoulder bolt enables very precise positioning and centring of the components to be joined. Shoulder bolts are essential for connecting rod end bearingsand articulated arms. Due to their versatility, shoulder bolts are indispensable in various industries.
